Lock System: Two following types of drawers lock systems are used in Shahrokh Tools products:
- Central Locking System.
- Single Drawer Locking System.
Central Locking System:
In this system, the top drawer applies as the central lock so when it’s locked, all the other drawers are the same and they will not get open until it unlocks.
CAUTION: The other drawers must not be forced to open when the top drawer is locked. It will harm the main lock.
Single Drawer Locking System: These drawers provide higher safety and security efficiency. Only one drawer could be opened at once and no other drawer could be open until it closes. This system prevents opened drawer including against falling so it’s suggested to the environment with higher security needs.
Rails:
Sliding Rails: Sliding rails AKA drawer rails are made of a pair of M/F runners. These rails slides very smooth and easily and they are suitable for any kind of industries. Max distributed load is 40KG.
Ballbearing Rails: These rails are used in single drawer locking system. They also slides very smooth and easily. Max distributed load is 60KG.
How to remove drawer: To remove the drawer, lift it up a little and pull it toward you as you see in below:
Peace Ballbearing Rails: They are made of a pair of M/F runners which roll over bunch of tiny ball bearing shots. These rails are completely noiseless so they are suitable for quite environments such as offices and labs. Max distributed load is 25KG.
Wheels: Wheels and tires are different in Shahrokh Tools products according to tire size and use.Simple Fixed Wheels: These kind of wheels can not rotate and are used for small products with carts.
Fixed / Turning Wheels: Products equipped with these kind of wheels could be moved or fixed on their position using an screw. Wheels turn into a leg and could turn back into moving mode.
These wheels are available in both fixed and rotating types and are used for light products.
The wheels could also be equipped with brake and are able to rotate 360º and be locked in position.
These wheels are available in simple and brake equipped and are Oil&Acid Resistant. They also rotate 360º and could be fixed in position.
Legs: Shahrokh Tools products legs are plastic made with metal core inside and available in two sizes according to the product size. These legs are levelizable and could be balanced on rough surfaces.
Manufacturing Toolboxes Top: High quality table top in manufacturing toolboxes is the greatest production improvement recently. These table tops are made of two strong layers which protect the lock system and also increase the toolbox strength while carrying heavy instruments.
CAUTION: Do not harm this surface with a hammer.
Drawer Organizers:
Sliding Steel Partitions: The top drawer in manufacturing toolboxes are organized with this system. Drawer divides to separated spaces using steel sheets sliding on a rail. These sheets could move or be removed in order to create suitable spaces for tools and instruments.
Steel Puzzle Organizer: Second top drawer in manufacturing toolboxes are divided using puzzle organizers. these dividers create rectangular spaces inside the drawer which could be expanded by operator.
Plastic Pallets: Plastic pallets are made of Poly Ethylene (PE) in four different sizes to organize the drawers.
They could move or be removed if necessary.
Body Paint And Plating:
Electrostatic Powder Coated Body Paint: Most of the Shahrokh Tools products are electrostatic powder coating painted. All the steel parts prepare for painting in large washing pools to remove oil and phosphate of them. Then they get dried and goes to paint spraying cabins. After that, the painted parts go to the ovens to be cured. These paints are made of a resin which make hem anti-scratch and humidity / UV resistant and they do not change during ages.
Plating: A few of Shahrokh Tools products are galvanized or chrome plated. These parts are elegant and shiny and rust resistant.
Hangers: Industrial furniture are meant to improve discipline and accuracy in work station, so these hangers are made to take care of general or particular tools. In order to that, the wall panels are perforated so that hangers can placed and be fixed using plastic clips.
The hangers also can be moved and be fixed in another position.
Locks:
Cam Lock – Wing Knob: These locks are used in manufacturing tool boxes and some kind of lockers.
Knob Lock: These Locks are used in 3-Person closets. A tenon is involved to lock the system.
Turn the key, pull off the handle and turn it anticlockwise to open.
Swing Hanger GearBox: These locks are used in both single and side by side closets. An steel rod attached to the lock applies to the doors. The below picture shows how to open and close them.
