Shahrokh Industrial Group guarantees its products for 24 months from the date of purchase, and the warranty is for all products in Iran.

The guarantee will start from the time of issuing the invoice. It is obvious that in the absence of an invoice, the time of product production will be the criterion for the start of the guarantee, the date of which is included in the guarantee.

The following items are not included in the warranty:

• • None Providing a warranty card
  • Consumable parts and accessories including rails, locks, wheels, hinges, etc.
  • Damage to the work surface (product color) caused by contact with sharp tools , incorrect transportation by the customer, fire, washing or proximity to chemicals and direct and continuous contact with water.
  • Repair of the product by different people and outside the supervision of the after-sales service unit

• Using a user with a weight exceeding the specified weight, which may lead to damage to the product parts.
• Continuous use of the product outdoors that is exposed to wind and extreme humidity.
• The occurrence of unexpected events such as floods, earthquakes and fires

Note: Consumable parts are not included in the warranty but it is possible to get parts from Shahrokh Industrial Group if available.
